Join Our Team as a Fragrance Specialist

At Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, we are seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to represent our ultra-luxury brand and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their fragrance journey, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a unique and inspiring in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our fragrance portfolio and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product launches, ensuring you can offer the best possible advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the high-end beauty sector.
  • Passion for fragrance and a true connoisseur of scents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
