At Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, we're seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to represent our ultra-luxury brand and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating inspiring in-store experiences that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who is well-versed in the world of fragrance. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through our extensive range of perfumes and providing expert advice to help them find their perfect scent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and inspired
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrances, including their ingredients, characteristics, and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and immersive brand experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the luxury beauty market
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the high-end beauty sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for storytelling
  • Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
  • Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
