Cleanroom Site Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Supervisor to support our Project Manager in preparing and executing a Cleanroom / HVAC modification in a live Pharma facility.

The successful candidate will be based in Ghent and responsible for coordinating the scope of works packages for contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with strong coordination and communication skills to work on a live site in Ghent. The role requires at least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector, preferably on Life Science projects. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

The salary for this position is approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Ensure the day-to-day site activities of contractors are coordinated safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Monitor the implementation of contractors' Quality plans and conduct daily inspections to ensure required standards are achieved.
• Facilitate morning planning meetings with contractors and prepare work permits as necessary.

• Bachelor degree educated or strong trades background.
• Availability to be on-site in the Ghent area.
• At least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites.
• Life Science projects experience.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
