Job Title: Advanced Operations Coordinator

Join our team at Siemens Gamesa as an Advanced Operations Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind farms. As a key member of our Central Europe (CEU) Offshore Service organization, you will be responsible for conducting short-term site planning activities, coordinating daily planning, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct short-term site planning activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily planning coordination tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Coordination team.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Operations Coordination and the Central Europe (CEU) Offshore Service organization to achieve team goals.
  • Interface with various stakeholders, including Site management, Operational Planner, Resource Management, and Spare Parts Team, to ensure transparency and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Secondary education and preferably a technical background.
  • Relevant work experience as a Service Coordinator (Planner), with experience in scheduling employees, parts, and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation is a plus.
  • Stress-resistant and a great sense of responsibility, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with stakeholders.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP SRP is a plus.
What We Offer:
  • A gross monthly salary of up to 4200.
  • A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries.

  • 5% ADV allowance.
  • Net 750,- to set up your home workplace.
  • 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours.
