Job Title: Transfer Price and Back Office Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Transfer Price and Back Office Analyst to join our team in Rotterdam, Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating intercompany cargo nominations, implementing accurate control for nomination deadlines, and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate intercompany cargo nominations and implement accurate control for nomination deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and pricing policies.
  • Perform monthly controls to assure accuracy of information and conformity with procedures and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with different teams in the organization to ensure accuracy in the accounting records and compliance with regulations and internal controls.
  • Actively participate in projects for processes and systems enhancements and automation, supporting mapping, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English; Portuguese speaker is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other enterprise software(s) is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools are required.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand priorities well, effectively multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
