Functiebeschrijving

In deze rol als Inside Sales Executive heb je dagelijks contact met klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van telefoontjes, het bijhouden van de mailbox en het noteren, berekenen en invoeren van orders en bijbehorende administratie. Je bent de spil in het web tussen de klant en de productie.

Je adviseert klanten over de mogelijkheden die wij bieden en speelt in op de behoeftes van de klant. Je werkt op de binnendienst ter ondersteuning van de collega's in de buitendienst.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding (commercieel/administratieve richting) of vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring;
  • Werkervaring in een commerciële functie, al werkzaam in de industrie is een pre;
  • Affiniteit met productieomgeving en -technieken;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken binnen een informeel verkoopteam;
  • Je bent (sterk) commercieel georiënteerd en beschikt – uiteraard – over uitstekende contactuele eigenschappen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent in staat om goed te communiceren binnen alle lagen van de organisatie en die van de klant.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Je komt te werken bij een producent in etiketten en flexibele verpakkingen. Ze zijn al jaren een begrip in de etikettenwereld en hebben verschillende Europese prijzen gewonnen voor creativiteit en originaliteit. Ze werken voor onder andere supermarktketens maar ook voor lokale ondernemers.
