We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment expert to lead our efforts in the Netherlands. This dynamic role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, and attracting top-tier IT talent for our growing organization.
As an IT Recruitment Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of IT recruitment for the Netherlands, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across technical roles such as software engineers, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI specialists.
You will collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, and staying informed of industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruitment practices.
Furthermore, you will manage offer negotiations and oversee the smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. A proven track record of recruiting for IT roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud, and consulting roles, is essential.
Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the Dutch labor market and hiring trends, as well as fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
