The Role & Responsibilities
  • CEO Support: Assist the CEO and our Management Team in preparing materials such as high-quality presentations and briefing documents. Help the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and organizing PR and other inquiries, and drafting emails or other communication materials.
  • Supervisory Board and Shareholder Relations: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for shareholder communications and supervisory board meetings. You'll ensure that all materials are well-prepared and delivered on time.
  • Operational & Strategic Support: Aid in operational and strategic assignments including research, document drafting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Duties: A portion of your time will involve handling administrative tasks such as inbox management, organizing documents, and preparing meeting agendas.
Requirements
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: A highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and Entrepreneurial: Proactive and entrepreneurial in your approach to problem-solving, and not afraid to take initiative when something needs attention.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator, able to express ideas and structure thoughts clearly and in a professional manner.
  • Passion for Climate Tech: You're a quick and eager learner with a passion for climate tech and sustainability. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are ready to adapt as priorities shift.
