Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Business Process Manager to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing accounting processes across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Roll-outs and Integrations: Design and implement SAP solutions for Sika companies and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing disruption.
  • Accounting Process Optimization: Analyze and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve financial accuracy.
  • IT Solution Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements and optimize accounting processes.
  • Process Improvements: Identify areas for process improvements and develop strategies to address them, resulting in increased productivity and reduced errors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Business Degree or Equivalent Qualification: A degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SAP FI Experience: Several years of experience working with SAP FI, including hands-on experience with SAP roll-outs and integrations.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
