Job Description

Sika, a leading global company in the development and production of systems for bonding, sealing, damping, and reinforcing composite materials, is seeking an experienced Logistics Process Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP EWM Business Processes in our Logistics Execution area, ensuring seamless integration with S/4 HANA roll-outs and acquisitions in the EMEA region.
  • Provide expert support and guidance as the primary contact person for solutions used in logistics and warehouse management, including SAP WM and EWM.
  • Collaborate on the design and roll-out of SAP EWM templates, driving process improvements and efficiency gains across the organization.
  • Develop and implement targeted business requirements and IT solutions for processes in logistics, driving process reviews and adjustments as part of the transformation from S/4 compatibility mode to standard.
  • Support the design and implementation phase of new processes and system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyze enquiries from SAP process managers, conduct error analysis, and coordinate corrective measures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of company processes, leveraging innovative solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Create user documentation, process descriptions, and change request analyses, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
  • Cultivate close cooperation with process managers from specialist departments and central IT, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver internal user training courses and participate in international projects, driving personal and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, with a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven process and project experience in SAP Logistics Execution / WM / EWM, ideally with expertise in SAP TM.
  • Familiarity with S/4 Hana transformation and experience with automated and mobile warehouse processes (MFS, scanner/tablet solutions) is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of intralogistics processes and distribution warehouse operations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with comprehensive communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking, independence, structure, and goal-oriented work approach, with a willingness to travel occasionally (20-30%).

With estimated annual salary range of €80,000 - €110,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications, this role offers a competitive compensation package.
