Job Description

As a Process Manager at Yacht, you will play a vital role in the digitalization and innovation of wholesale and rural products for one of the largest banks worldwide. You will facilitate and inspire a team of professionals, collaborate with partners, and contribute to the implementation of the New Way of Working, further digitalization, and optimization of our Wholesale & Rural organization.

The Wholesale & National department is in transition, working on a global and uniform way of working. You will be part of the Workflow Squad, working closely with other Process Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to analyze, design, and manage changes. Your strong analytical insight into processes and areas for improvement will be essential in establishing and maintaining a constructive relationship with our Wholesale & Rural stakeholder community.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and breaking down process requirements from a complex and global environment into easily digestible requirements in processes. Your domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking products and processes will be valuable in demonstrating a strong analytical insight into processes and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a HBO/WO degree, work experience as a Process Manager within a financial or banking institution, and be available 36 hours a week. You will live in the Netherlands and be willing to work two fixed office days per week in Utrecht. Knowledge of risk & controls modeling and tooling, Lean ways of working, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps is a plus.

At Yacht, you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. You will receive a gross monthly salary according to the client's collective labor agreement, a 13th month, holiday pay, a travel allowance, and a work from home allowance. You will also participate in various bonus schemes and have the opportunity to switch to employment with this great client after working for a year through secondment.

Requirements
