Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Stora Enso, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated cardboard packaging production process. This involves coordinating daily production progress, adjusting machines, resolving production and technical issues, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and priorities with the Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader.
- Check the availability of resources (personnel and equipment).
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery.
- Monitor the processing process.
- Assist with critical process components (starting new orders and handling problem orders).
- Ensure the quantity and quality of products.
- Identify deviations, adjust machinery, or escalate to the Assistant Team Leader for unresolved issues.
- Report repairs and record troubleshooting information in the system.
- Ensure the transfer of tasks and machinery during shift changes, explaining any special circumstances.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in a technical field.
- You can serve as a mentor to the team by encouraging, motivating, and inspiring them to seek optimizations in processes and systems.
- You have problem-solving skills and are willing to make decisions, and you are customer and results-oriented.
- You are resilient to stress and radiate calmness in a hectic production environment.
- You communicate clearly and convincingly at all levels within the organization.
