Production Director for Packaging Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our production team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale production operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of production managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Location: De Lier, Netherlands.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving productivity, and reducing costs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Language proficiency: English ( fluent) Dutch (fluent).
