As a Luxury Client Relationship Manager at Cartier, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships within the French market. This involves representing the voice of the Maison Cartier brand while showcasing your passion for forming lasting connections with our discerning clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding service experience through various channels, including phone and web-based interactions. Upholding an excellent level of customer support is paramount, aligning with the quality standards that Cartier represents in the market.

In this capacity, you will leverage your commercial acumen to identify sales opportunities and maintain the interest and engagement of our clients at the highest level. We will support you in delivering expert knowledge on our creations and the Maison Cartier brand, ensuring you possess the tools and resources necessary to provide the highest quality of service.

Operating within our guidelines, you will be an integral part of our exciting future plans, allowing you to further develop your market knowledge and grow with our department.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Strive to offer exceptional client support, understanding that upper luxury is characterized by the manner in which Cartier supports its customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a complex environment, with a proven track record of creating and maintaining positive relationships, even with teams or individuals outside of your direct control.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, relying on you to help them craft unforgettable moments for their loved ones by selecting the right Cartier creation for important occasions.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and master the tools we use, operating within brand guidelines to uphold the quality we represent.
  • Showcase your passion and pride in your work, connecting with our loyal clients and demonstrating that we truly care about their experiences.
  • Foster a proactive approach, being willing to help your colleagues and possessing attention to detail, as well as a good system mindset, given the variety of tools we utilize.

We estimate that this role will have a salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience.
