Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Join our team at Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office as a Senior Business Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving business process improvements and ensuring seamless deployment of commercial operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with our Business Process Owners and Implementation Leads to support the implementation of To-Be Commercial Template processes across our divisions, functions, and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Process Owners and Implementation Leads to support the implementation of To-Be Commercial Template processes.
  • Support timely completion of deployment activities within the Territory & Incentive Compensation process area.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.
  • Support activities to enable rapid decision-making and the resolution of risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Coordinate with the business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.
  • Support business SMEs with execution of data cleansing, data migration, and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training content.
  • Responsible for testing activities, including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant process area.
  • Previous experience in sales compensation systems preferred (SAP Commissions, Varicent, Forma.ai, etc.).
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%.
