About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of To-Be Commercial Template processes across our divisions, functions, and geographies. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Business Process Owners and Implementation Leads to drive business process adoption and ensure timely completion of deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Process Owners and Implementation Leads to support the implementation of To-Be Commercial Template processes.
- Support timely completion of deployment activities within the Territory & Incentive Compensation process area.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.
- Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.
- Support activities to enable rapid decision-making and the resolution of risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Coordinate with the business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.
- Support business SMEs with execution of data cleansing, data migration, and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.
- Support the creation and delivery of training content.
- Responsible for testing activities, including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant process area.
- Previous experience in sales compensation systems preferred (SAP Commissions, Varicent, Forma.ai, etc.).
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.
- Must be willing to travel up to 30%.
