About the Role

Orange Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Strategic Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or contribute to market understanding, customer satisfaction analysis, and marketing plan development.
  • Analyze current positioning and potential gaps or opportunities for growth, with a focus on strategic priorities.
  • Leverage data to propose segmentation criteria on strategic priorities, including target audience, vertical, purpose, and offer.
  • Liaise with SVP leaders, Business Lines, and zones to ensure consistent trajectories with market and ambitions.
  • Feed marketing plans with key recommendations for action plans, including target audiences, offers, and communication.
  • Lead analysts' contracts negotiation and manage associated budget.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in market research, strategy, data analysis, or market insights roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in developing data reporting infrastructures and producing insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with data analysis techniques, including ETL processes, data modeling/management, and data visualization.
  • In-depth knowledge of data analytical tools, techniques, and languages, such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Knime/Dataiku/Alteryx, SSAS.
  • Ability to give meaning and understanding of the strategy and challenges of the entity.
  • Team spirit, transversality, coordination, and lead of stakeholders around a project, even remotely.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on business objectives.
  • Leadership, ability to convince, and great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to organizational changes.
