We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Generalist to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. As a key member of our Inter IKEA Enabling Functions team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business area in all People & Culture related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the People & Culture Leader and Managers to secure and provide the business with talents through a solid recruitment process.
- Lead and support recruiting managers in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless welcome for new colleagues.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and application of People & Culture processes and procedures.
- Provide People & Culture subject matter expertise and support in areas such as re-integration, working conditions, and legal matters.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to contributing to a great co-worker experience. You should have a strong understanding of Dutch labour law, recruitment in an international context, and knowledge in areas connected to competence development and facilitation.
You will be comfortable working independently with little steering, while knowing when to involve others and ask for help. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to give constructive, open, and honest feedback.
What We OfferThis is a temporary role with an initial contract of 12 months. You will be part of the People & Culture team in Inter IKEA Enabling Functions. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV and application in English by the specified deadline.
