Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do

As a Catering Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our lively hospitality services, delivering outstanding dining experiences across various locations. Your ability to adapt and eagerness to learn will be essential as you tackle the dynamic tasks of preparing fresh meals and ensuring guest satisfaction. We are seeking an individual with a flexible schedule, a willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset. While prior catering experience is beneficial, your enthusiasm and dedication are what truly count.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal Preparation: Create fresh dishes such as salads, soups, wraps, and smoothies, ensuring appealing presentation.
  • Service Coordination: Assist in setting up for lunches, brunches, meetings, and social events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Cash Management: Handle the cash register with a friendly attitude, processing payments efficiently.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including assisting in the dishwashing area.
  • Shift Organization: Schedule your shifts across various catering sites, with the flexibility to accommodate your studies.

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from €13.68 to €14.50
  • Flexible part-time contract tailored to your availability
  • Minimum of 3 to a maximum of 32 hours per week
  • 8% holiday pay along with 10% leave accrual
  • Travel expenses reimbursed, with the possibility of a permanent contract

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a proactive individual based in the Utrecht area who is eager to learn.

  • Resides in the Utrecht region
  • Flexible schedule around studies
  • Available at least one day per week
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Catering experience is a plus, but not mandatory
