Job Title: Senior Manager in Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Banking team at Sia Partners. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading consulting missions and projects, developing our market share in Banking, and driving thought leadership in the Belgian and general banking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting missions and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our market share in Banking, working closely with our existing consulting team and expertise.
  • Drive thought leadership in the Belgian and general banking market, analyzing evolutions in business models and sector trends, and developing materials expressing this thought leadership.
  • Coach and steer consulting teams on mission in the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a first-class university (business, engineering, economics,...).
  • Fundamental insight in the Banking market.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Banking sector.
  • Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person, and proven business development skills.
  • Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges, and triggers actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offering or launch prospection.
  • The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams.
  • Languages: Bilingual Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.
