About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Banking Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Banking & Insurance business line, you will be responsible for leading consulting missions and projects at our customers, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting missions and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our market share in Banking in Belgium and The Netherlands.
  • Conduct market analysis and trend research to identify opportunities and challenges for our customers.
  • Develop thought leadership materials, such as case studies and expertise letters, to feed our marketing channels and prospection process.
  • Coach and steer consulting teams on mission in the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a first-class university (business, engineering, economics, etc.).
  • Fundamental insight into the Banking market.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Banking sector.
  • Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person with proven business development skills.
  • Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges, and triggers actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offering or launch prospection.
  • Successful project management and team leadership experience.
  • Bilingual Dutch and English, with Dutch being a must.
