Role Overview
As a Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by forging strong partnerships with leading fashion and beauty brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients and deliver results.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
- Run the full sales-cycle, generating pipelines by prospecting new customers in the fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors
- Work collaboratively with the Influencer Partnership Team to manage seeding campaigns and ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities
- Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve the customer product experience
- Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities
- Contribute to shaping the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
Your Profile
- Proven history of achieving client growth and sales success
- Ability to identify, understand, and communicate customer business needs
- Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals
- Strong team player with a focus on joint success
- Professional level in English, with native/professional level in Dutch a plus
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
- Good understanding of digital marketing and its applications
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
- Strong MS Office skills
- Prolonged knowledge of the European e-Commerce and influencer market a plus
