E&I Manager for Construction and Engineering Projects

We are seeking an experienced E&I Manager to join our team at Novall Engineering Services B.V. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Site supervision to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing construction packages made by external design contractors to guarantee completeness and constructability.
- Proposing alternative materials and working methods where possible.
- Active participation in internal and external meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining contact with other departments within the project organization to ensure design meets expectations.
- Supporting the Construction Manager on electrical construction matters and managing parts of E&I construction activities.
- Supervising subcontractors, preparing and issuing permits to work, and promoting proactive SHE practices.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proactive work attitude and ability to work in a small, flexible, and enthusiastic international team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the (petro-) chemical sector, preferably with clear experience in working with design contractors.
- A strong affinity for executing construction works, including practical design and construction package development.
- Good understanding of English and fluent Dutch language skills.
- Critical thinking and sharp attitude to identify omissions in design, as well as enthusiasm and goal-oriented behavior.
- A valid VCA VOL certificate and strong commitment to SHE principles.
We offer a competitive salary between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a comprehensive health insurance package.
