Clinical Development Specialist

At Applied Medical, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Clinical Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will play a critical role in defining the clinical and economic needs of our customers and working with multiple departments to develop and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of key surgical procedures and products through observation, discussions with clinicians, and literature searches.
- Identify and understand emerging surgical procedures and technologies and facilitate the adoption of new surgical techniques and practices.
- Support product sales by answering requests from the field for product information and working with multi-functional groups to develop and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical and economic solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare or a life science.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Availability to travel frequently, including occasional evenings and weekends.
