About the Role

Publitas B.V. is seeking a skilled IT and Security Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and driving process improvements.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT system management, SaaS environments, and compliance administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT service management, preferably within a SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for a mid-sized company.
  • Provide internal first-line support, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware and cloud-based collaboration services.
  • Administer compliance protocols, including GDPR, ISO standards, SOC II, and other relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the deployment, cost, and administration of cloud platforms, ensuring effective integration into the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to introduce and manage new processes, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, processes, and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT system/service management, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of system administration, with a background in managing IT and SaaS infrastructure and tooling.
  • Experience providing IT support for internal users.
  • Familiarity with external audit processes and previous experience participating in audits.
  • Proven experience managing compliance-related activities (asset reviews, access reviews, risk assessment frameworks).
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including integration, administration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to create scripts and snippets to process data (audit logs, privilege matrixes, settings).
  • Multitasking and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
