Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our groundbreaking rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing device, KAIROS IVD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct R&D activities, including testing various assays with a variety of samples
  • Design, plan, and execute experiments to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
  • Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and software tools to extract meaningful insights and draw conclusions
  • Troubleshoot experimental issues and technical challenges, developing solutions and implementing corrective actions
  • Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in laboratory notebooks, reports, and technical documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or HBO degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Familiarity with working in a BSL2 environment with bacteria is a must
  • Fluency in English
  • Passionate about working in a young company
  • Well-organized with an analytical mindset
  • Openness to learn about regulatory processes and how to work accordingly
