Are you eager to launch your career in Customer Success and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Success Representative Intern at Webfleet Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion and retention of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting in managing critical aspects of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and contract renewals;
  • Supporting the team in monitoring marketing promotions, ensuring their successful execution and meeting deadlines to maximize opportunities;
  • Collaborating closely with the CSM Team, Sales Support, Customer Support and other departments;
  • Providing valuable feedback to improve internal processes and procedures.

To excel as a Customer Success Representative Intern, we seek individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a natural aptitude for teamwork and innovation. You should possess:

  • A keen interest in sales or sales-related functions;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Business acumen and commercial understanding;
  • A fluent command of German and professional business English.
