Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation and financial transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation of insightful reports for distribution to management and other stakeholders, providing valuable insights into the organization's financial performance.
- Support basic financial analyses to facilitate forecasting and contract negotiation activities.
- Monitor the situation of Net Working Capital (NWC) through basic analyses and propose ideas for improving working capital efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
