Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Product Owner to join our team at ASML. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering features that create value for our logistics processes.

About the Role:

As a Senior Logistics Product Owner, you will work closely with our Warehouse Logistics Agile Team to understand the program backlog, vision, and priorities for the program increments. You will refine and prepare the Team Backlog, leading and coordinating requirement gathering, process design, support IT build, testing, training, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end accountability of delivery of epics/features of the Warehouse Logistics Agile team
  • Align with other PO's and CPO on priorities of the Agile Release Train
  • Prioritize, make visible, and transparent the Team Backlog; epics/features/user stories must be detailed and clear to all
  • Set clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done and accepting the stories as 'done'
  • Understand the scope of enabler work and collaborate with the System Architect
  • Facilitate decision-making and requirements gathering, oversee IT build and testing
  • Analyze impact of new ways of working and determine implementation strategies
  • Support implementation and define roll-out plans including key user training, documentation, and communication
  • Inform all stakeholders on status/progress
  • Work together with other PO's and Scrum Masters on standardization, using best practices and one way of working to improve and learn from each other
  • Ensure smooth team cooperation and wellbeing of team members

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management Science / Business Administration / Business-IT management or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Owner role (or similar) in a production environment with high-tech products and intricate production and logistics processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Inbound and Outbound logistics and Warehouse processes
  • Experience and functional knowledge of SAP Logistics modules (EWM/WMS)
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Experience with Jira application
