Description

In close cooperation with the Chief Product owner and a multitude of internal and external stakeholders, the Product Owner defines the product vision and prioritizes the backlog.

The Product owner will drive realization of the project execution plan, while continuously balancing priorities, development risks and deployment considerations, and also takes the “Triple constraints” (scope, time and budget) into account. This will require a strong self-drive, excellent stakeholder management and a continuous fine tuning of the Change Management component of your plan.

Education

Master degree in business administration, industrial engineering or technical area

Experience:

Over 3 years’ experience in a project management or product owner role. Relevant experience in managing and implementing Change in large, decentralized (High Tech) organizations is preferred Extensive experience in ASML, ASML Customer Support, ASML upgrade, install, relocations is an explicit advantage;

Able to convince, inspire and motivate people; Ability to challenge (senior) stakeholders on business needs and project priorities.

Expertise

Able to understand the process or product details to have enough knowledge to drive discussions in the team, and to ensure proper decision making on scope, time and budget can be made.

Pro-active identification of risks and issues, mitigate risks within own control and/or work with senior stakeholders to escalate or mitigate.

Context of the position

The holder of this position reports to the Manager of the CS CSCM Program and Business performance.

He or she has interfaces to many parties in ASML, a.o CS nPGP program management, Global Business adoption team, local field organizations, Supporting departments and their expertise teams, Service Architects, senior management teams, finance, IT Architects, program management and delivery specialists.

 

The CSCM Program and business performance team, consisting out of Project Managers and Global Product Owners, has a mission to improve the maturity, efficiency and/or quality of the Customer Support organization. This is achieved by driving and realizing a portfolio of Non-Product (nPGP) related improvement projects, often with an IT component as part of the deliverables.
