Introduction to the job

EUV Dose Control Function Cluster leads EUV dose forward backward control loops with EUV source and EUV scanner client imaging functions and more. Train is the operational body (resource scale 100 FTEs), including function, SW, E-dev, and Industrialization, to ensure business-needs-synchronized planning and in-time execution of the deliverable portfolio. CPO is responsible for the Train with multiple disciplines, many inter-dependencies and requirements for integration across teams within the Train. Products have critical impact on ASML business commitments.
CPO manages a variety of key stakeholders from several business areas on train/line management level; needs to acquire senior management buy-in. Tactical/ strategical long term focus on product(s) eco-system to enable the train to maximize value delivery.

Role and responsibilities

Vision and Roadmap

CPO defines a compelling vision and translates it into a long term roadmap that inspires train members. Maintain and align with key stakeholders to ensure a healthy balance between market needs, innovation and sustaining the product life cycle.

Stakeholder Management

CPO aligns stakeholders around the vision for the train. Uses effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to manage expectations and get people to join the cause. Maintains trusted partnerships with stakeholders. Manages a complex environment with an eye on long-term interests and consequences which requires integration and alignment with the whole value chain.

Healthy Backlog Management

CPO applies guardrails to balance demand over team capacity and competence. Speaks both business and technical language. Collaborates closely with PO's and other CPO's .

Education and experience

Master or PhD in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics. 10+ years project or portfolio management experiences in high tech high pressure environment. Experiences in optical design, electronic control loops, SW architecture, FW development.

Skills

Excellent stakeholder management Capability of constant zoom in and out along the scope landscape In-depth domain knowledge and EUV system view A natural communicator, excellent leadership skills Master communication in English
