Job Title: Plant and HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant and HR Administrator to join our team at Logoplaste. In this role, you will provide administrative support to both the Management Team and the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track administrative processes in the field of HR, including employment, conditions of employment, recruitment, and more.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, delivery notes, sales orders, and receive goods.
  • Perform back-office duties, including receiving visitors, orders, and other tasks.
  • Control and manage invoicing processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed MBO education in HR, administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR administration.
  • Practical, flexible, and hands-on mentality, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
