Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
- Design and implement operating models that align with client objectives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative methodologies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Provide expertise in supply chain optimization, including distribution network design, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
- Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of operating model transformations.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in consulting roles, with a focus on consumer goods and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead client engagements and manage project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English languages.
