As the Wafer Transport System is crucial for holding and moving our clients' products in and out of ASML machinery, your contributions can significantly enhance their performance.
Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as the Main Delivery Owner for Wafer Transport Systems associated with EUV machines, you will merge a technical focus with project management and execution within a collaborative team setting. The team operates both at our development partner's site and at ASML. You will be instrumental in aligning stakeholders regarding the performance of the Wafer Transport System. Your role will involve uniting the team, coordinating with manufacturing, addressing customer concerns with the engineering team, and steering the planning and execution of modifications for the Wafer Transport System related to EUV machines while sharing insights with colleagues involved with DUV systems. Potential projects that may benefit from your expertise include NXE5200, NXE3800, and EXE 5000.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a timeline to ensure deliverables are met as agreed; Uniting the team to implement the plan, reviewing project outcomes, and documenting progress; Ensuring effective collaboration with the project manager, reflecting the work scope, providing the team with necessary information, and managing interdependencies; Organizing technical discussions with engineers and architects; Overseeing both technical and non-technical risks associated with new deliveries; Investigating field issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding to resolve problems and escalations while recognizing appropriate escalation paths; Leading the planning of Wafer Transport System issues and upgrades with stakeholders (e.g., FLS); Assisting the Project Manager in planning, execution, and forecasting;Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this challenging and rewarding position, you should possess the following qualifications:
A Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering; Experience in mechatronic design, preferably within ASML (3-5 years); Proven experience in leading a team of technical professionals (1-3 years); Ability to translate observed product performance into root causes and solutions (3-5 years); Familiarity with engineering change control and Technical Product Documentation (3-5 years); Experience in managing diverse requirements and needs of cross-sector stakeholders (3-5 years); Capability to define project plans collaboratively with a team, within delivery constraints; Experience or strong inclination towards coaching, estimating, and distributing tasks (1-3 years).Required Skills
