Job Title: Outside Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Engineer to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Measurement Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, bookings, and gross profit targets for the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing and new customer accounts to effectively position our products and solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate and close business contracts with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • STEM degree or equivalent technical education.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in similar industries.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel within the Netherlands and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
