Marketing Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team in the Netherlands. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches to support the growth of our Cardiac Rhythm Management business in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the European Downstream Marketing team, regional marketing manager, and country sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence.
- Facilitate KOL engagements to message campaigns.
- Disseminate new materials and manage localization adaptation.
- Implement local training on campaigns/launches for the field.
- Organize local customer events like summits, congresses, and round-table discussions.
- Set up Key Performance Indicators to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Support country sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution.
- Support market and customer insights generation, including competitive intelligence.
- Provide input to portfolio and pricing strategies.
- Support Marketing Plan and annual operating plan process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology with at least 5 years of working experience in marketing role/environment OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in a marketing role/environment.
- Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment.
- Experience in working with different functions and customer-facing.
- Demonstrated successful operations management across field/customers projects.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Very good verbal and written presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com.
