We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented full-time Therapy Sales Specialist to join our GSP Business team for the West of the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to identify business opportunities, and a strong track record in sales. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.

A Day in the Life

  • Achieving sales growth targets through focused sales efforts
  • Presenting and selling GSP products and services to current and potential clients
  • Providing in-service support and advising physicians on the correct use of Medtronic devices
  • Managing account services through quality checks and follow-up
  • Leading clinical selling activities within the territory
  • Identifying and contacting sales prospects and other assigned accounts
  • Preparing action plans and scheduling to target specific sales objectives
  • Following up on new leads and referrals from field activity
  • Interacting with purchasing managers and hospital administrators to negotiate sales contracts
  • Maintaining a wide organizational view of selling and managing accounts, with knowledge of competitors and their products

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record
  • High motivation, enthusiastic attitude, and comfort with change and growth
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, persuasive, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and a very good level of English
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with high time management skills
  • Service-oriented team player with a focus on helping people, both internally and externally
  • Lives in the West part of the Netherlands
  • Sales-driven, business-minded, and entrepreneurial spirit

Nice to Haves

  • Product launch, territory planning, and forecasting experience
  • Operating room experience
  • Experience in medical devices/MedTech or healthcare
