Job Title: Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at DSM. As a QESH Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.

About the Role:
  • Act as an advisor, coach, and trainer for line managers and employees on QESH matters.
  • Build, maintain, and improve the QESH Management System.
  • Guide and support compliance to new and existing Q and SHE legislations, requirements, and standards.
  • Execute and guide internal and external audits, Gemba, and Supervision rounds.
  • Lead and report Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) to determine the causes leading to QESH incidents.
  • Be a member of the Management of Change (MoC) team, providing input on SHE and Q for changes to buildings, utilities, equipment, processes, and ICT hard- and software.

Requirements:
  • A detailed and analytical understanding of QESH principles and practices.
  • Experience in the industry, with relevant experience in QESH management.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible, result-oriented mindset, can-do mentality.
