The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of a medium-sized project for the development of a new naval training facility in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's planning, resources, and people, as well as ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget, and timelines.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the project's planning, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Oversee the project's people management, including coaching and development.
  • Develop and execute a project plan, monitoring progress against set targets and taking proactive actions to meet the targets.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including customer representatives, co-makers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable requirements and specifications.
  • Represent the company to customers and related professional associations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Extensive project management experience in complex international projects with multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of and experience with management principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to frequently travel and work in the North of Germany and Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
