Job Title: Director of Human Resources

W Amsterdam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
