We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales & Contract Management Team in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Rorschach, Switzerland, to drive sales growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Consultants: Assist in distributing financial products to suppliers and clients, including regular international visits to ensure seamless customer management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for visit preparation and evaluation, ensuring efficient customer management.
  • Operational Support: Assist companies and suppliers with daily operations, such as invoices, reports, and issue resolution.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and report on supplier and commodity development for purchasers.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to enhance existing services, such as the commodity platform and dynamic discounting.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel frequently (2-4 international customer visits or visits to Rorschach monthly) by car and plane, maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Education: Commercial education at MBO+/HBO-level, with a degree in finance being a significant advantage.
  • Finance Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the finance industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable, with project management skills being a significant plus.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license (B category).
