**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Undutchables team, the Account Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, purchasing, and logistics teams. This administrative position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Order Review and Coordination**: Review orders for completeness, flag deviations, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • **Administrative Processing**: Process orders efficiently and accurately in our systems, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to meet customer needs.
  • **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to sales colleagues, including sending product information and checking inventory levels.
  • **Task Management**: Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

**Requirements**

  • **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • **Experience**: Preferably, 2-3 years of experience in a commercial or service-oriented environment.
  • **Soft Skills**: Open, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and assertive, with the ability to come up with solutions to complex problems.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluent in English and proficient in German (business level).
  • **Location**: This position is based in the office.
