Internal Auditor

We're looking for a proactive Internal Auditor with a critical attitude and good communication skills to join our team at Ausnutria. This role involves working closely with our small Internal Audit team, collaborating with stakeholders on all different levels within the company, and traveling internationally for audits. As a successful candidate, you will have experience in an (internal) audit position, strong communication and consulting skills, and a keen interest in cultural differences. You will also have a Chartered Accountant (RA) qualification and the ability to interact with executive management, the Board of Directors, external auditors, and regulatory agencies with tact and diplomacy.
As an Internal Auditor, your primary responsibilities will include executing internal audits, partnering with the business to identify control deficiencies and propose solutions, documenting audit work and conclusions, reporting clearly and concisely, and monitoring audit recommendations. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a keen sense of business complexity and dynamics, be able to work within different cultures, and have a strong desire to foster mutual understanding.
In addition to the above, you will be required to have a professional communication and consulting style in English and Dutch, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus. Experience in a production environment is also preferred.
