Sustainability Reporting Specialist

YER is looking for an ESG Controller to join their team. This is a new, hands-on role that will play an essential part in the company's journey to increased transparency around material sustainability topics.
About YERYER is a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry. As an ESG Controller, you will be working closely with various departments to collect, review and consolidate data points and establish an adequate audit trail for material sustainability topics.
Job DescriptionThe main responsibilities of this role include leading the preparation and implementation of CSRD-compliant and other sustainability reporting for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will develop a reporting best practice to meet the assurance requirements of external auditors, ensure reports are delivered accurately on time and tailored to the needs of our stakeholders, and build networks to stay up-to-date with regulatory standards and best practices.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of sustainability reporting regulations and standards. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or business administration, is also required.
