We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Fraud Prevention team at ING. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service to customers and internal teams, balancing exceptional customer experience with the imperative of security in combatting fraud.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the business representative, steering IT development, defining customer requirements, aligning stakeholders, testing and implementing new features that prevent fraud and protect customers.
- Think critically and creatively to develop new features based on science and competitive analyses, and bring them to our customers together with our IT and business colleagues.
- Propose and implement improvements in our services based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with multiple product managers, engineers, and the product lead to create a digitization roadmap aligned with ING's growth ambitions.
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, and drive creative solutions while considering risks and mitigating measures.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a complex Agile environment.
- Experience in refining and implementing new features and functionality.
- Strong affinity with IT and understanding of complex IT landscapes, enabling you to challenge Architecture and engineering experts.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership of team processes, from vision to maintenance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to seeking and providing feedback.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Relevant education at least at HBO/bachelor level.
- A salary tailored to your qualities and experience.
- 36 or 40 hour workweek.
- Individual leave: 24+2 individual holiday days based on 36 hr workweek.
- Diversity leave: 3 days per year (1,5 paid, 1,5 unpaid).
