Layer Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Enabling Layer at TOPdesk. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in defining the strategic product vision for our domains and coordinating this strategy with other Product Managers to optimize support for our company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Define Strategic Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with Other Product Managers: Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment and optimization of our product direction.
- Monitor Customer Experience and Business Results: Analyze customer feedback and business results to inform product decisions and adjust plans accordingly.
- Lead Tactical Efforts: Establish domain goals, ensure teams understand the strategic vision, and create transparency for stakeholders.
- Coach Product Owners: Provide guidance and support to Product Owners to help them understand how their products maximize value for the entire layer.
We are looking for a leader with strong leadership skills, the ability to bring people together, and a strong understanding of our company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, strong communication and prioritization skills, and the ability to navigate complex problems and deal with uncertainty.
