The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development of our integration product, working closely with the delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with our platform. This role will focus on delivering an exceptional integration layer for our customers, supporting the delivery team with tools and services that enhance their day-to-day work, while also driving long-term health, stability, and scalability of our integration product.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new opportunities or product challenges that align with Harver's long-term vision by analyzing market trends, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and leveraging analytics tools.
- Conduct extensive research, including technical feasibility and proof-of-concepts, to transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives.
- Ideate and validate solutions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure feasibility, viability, and desirability.
- Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories, creating a release planning with clear milestones to deliver valuable software to end-users.
- Inform and manage internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress.
- Create a go-to-market strategy and maintain documentation for selling and using product functionalities.
- Monitor and improve delivered software to drive business objectives.

- Minimum 3-5 years of technical product owner/manager experience in a tech company.
- Experience leading development cycles from concept to launch.
- Solid technical understanding of APIs and related technologies.
- Strong experience with running internal & external integration projects.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Creative mindset and desire to create innovative and successful products.
- Experience in developing and managing a value-driven, technical roadmap.
This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands, with a requirement to be within commutable distance to Amsterdam. Relocation or visa sponsorship will not be offered.
