The RoleThe Technical Product Manager API and integrations will be responsible for the entire integrations domain within the Harver platform. You'll work closely with delivery and engineering to ensure that Harver provides an exceptional integration layer for our customers. Your focus will be on the long-term health, stability, and scalability of our integration product.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new opportunities or product challenges that align with Harver's long-term vision by analyzing market trends, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and using analytics tools to gain insights into API usage.
- Conduct extensive research, including technical feasibility and POCs, to transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives.
- Ideate on multiple solutions and validate concepts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure feasibility, viability, and desirability.
- Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories, creating a release planning with clear milestones for continuous delivery of valuable software.
- Inform and manage internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress.
- Create a go-to-market strategy and maintain documentation for selling and using product functionalities.
- Monitor and improve delivered software to steer towards business objectives.

RequirementsWe're looking for a Technical Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a tech company, leading development cycles from concept to launch, and having a solid technical understanding of APIs and related technologies. You should have experience with running internal and external integration projects, ideating, influencing, and leading product decisions, and excellent communication skills.
