Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation in our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, you will:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist in assessing supply requirements and managing inventory and orders to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in a similar establishment, with a minimum of X years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on creativity and innovation in food preparation and presentation.
