Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents.

About the Role:
  • As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
  • Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies.
  • Record your approach and solution to problems in a ticket system.
  • Manage assets.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with onsite support and a ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications.
  • Experience with Managed Print Service (MPS), configuring mobile phones (Apple and Android) using MS Intune, and MS Office 365.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • A customer-oriented approach.
  • Permission to work in the Netherlands.
